The Date Range filter enables focused analysis based on a specific time frame.
You may select any time frame based on the goal of your research. For example, if your goal is to analyse the last quarter of 2020, you would filter the date range to look at data from October 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.
Dates selected are highlighted in blue as shown in the image below. Similarly, the date range selected will also show up on the right panel, which is highlighted in red. Remember to click “Apply” for the date range to reflect.
You can also compare the performance of two different time frames by checking the “Compare To” function. There are 3 options to select from:
i) comparing the same time frame to the previous period
ii) comparing the same time frame to the previous year
iii) customize the time frame as you wish
This feature is used when you have a specific time frame in mind you would like to analyse for. For example, select 1st February 2020 to 31st July 2020 to analyse the trending colors for women’s tops in Spring/Summer 2020.
