In the Trend Performance module, a Popularity Score is assigned to every category based on the category’s performance across discount, replenishment, and ageing over time.

The formula for Popularity score is

Replenishment factors refer to if any replenishment has taken place within the selected timeline.

Discount Rate Over Timeframe refers to the average of discounts during the selected timeline

In the example below, you can see that the performance of tops against all categories has been moving in a similar direction across the time frame selected. With this information, brands and retailers can adapt their Tops category mix accordingly.
