Getting notified of your competitors’ new product launched product just got easier! All you have to do is save your filter, and you will receive an email every Monday at 12 PM SGT.

This alert is currently only available for the Competitor Benchmarking dan Trade Insights module, and the alerts will be based on the retailers atau  you have selected in the saved filter.

Setting up Alert for Competitor Benchmarking

Step 1: Save your

If you have not saved your , now it is time to do so. Read di sini to learn more on how to save  in a few simple steps.

If you already have saved , go to “Managed Saved Filters” to select the saved  you wish to receive an alert on by clicking on “Apply”.

Step 2: Set alert

Once you have saved your filter in the main filter, click on ‘Weekly Newin Email Alert to turn it on.

Set 3: Enter alert recipients email address

Enter the email addresses of the recipients for the alerts. There is no limit to the number of emails you can enter and not limited to just dashboard users.

That’s all you will need to do. And do keep a lookout in your inbox every Monday for the alert!

Setting up Alert for Trade Insights

Step 1: Go to the ‘My Trade Reports’ tab

Once you have generated and saved your Insights Reports, you can go to the ‘My Trade Reports’ tab in the Trade Insights module and find the reports that you want to activate the alert on.

Step 2: Select the report

In the ‘My Trade Reports’ tab, find the report that you want to activate the alert on. Click on the ‘Email Notification’ to turn it on and you will get a notification on the bottom page that you have successfully set up your email notification and you will receive the alert in your inbox.

That’s all you will need to do! Please be noted that there will be different frequencies for email notifications in Trade Insights. For the ‘Monitor Competition & Spot Opportunities’ and ‘Optimise Pricing Strategy’ trade reports type, you will receive the alert every Monday once a week. While for the ‘Validate Trend Performance’ trade report type, you will receive the alerts on a monthly basis.
