Last Available date shown does not necessarily reflect the date the SKU went out of stock, especially if you have selected Stock Status equals ’All’. For instance, if you are looking at the SKU on the dashboard on 15th May, it would show 14th May as the last available date for the SKU as that would be when the SKU was last seen and updated on the dashboard. 

If you have filtered your Stock Status as ‘Out-of-tock’ then the last available date would reflect the date the  SKU went out of stock, within the date range you have selected for your analysis. However, if the SKU was replenished after the date range that was selected, then the last seen date shown would not be reflective of the out of stock date.
